3 October 2003 Datacare names John Beveridge and Paul Kiely Executive Client Service Managers "Dream Team" of Global Corporate Client Services Brings Extensive Industry Experience to Posts. The leader in corporate governance and entity management software today announced the appointment of John Beveridge and Paul Kiely as their Client Service Managers for North America and the UK respectively. The Beveridge and Kiely "dream team" are responsible for increasing the breadth and depth of client services and leveraging the already high-quality service offerings bringing more one-on-one consultancy to an already wide-ranging and well-developed client base. Beveridge brings to Datacare extensive experience in building customer service operations and delivering client focused business solutions. As a Client Executive for PeopleSoft, the premier supplier of human resource applications, he was responsible for all sales, development of business solutions and customer consulting services to Fortune 1000 accounts. Prior to PeopleSoft, Beveridge was President of Customer Services for CyberShift, Inc., a leader in Workforce Management applications and services, where he was responsible for managing sales and services for customer services across North America. The other half of the new Client Services Management team is Paul Kiely, former Services Manager for LogicaCMG, a global leader in ICT service provision. Kiely was responsible for managing customer deployment projects and the provision of customer support/consultancy services to global clients. Kiely brings a wealth of experience within the Service Delivery arena and will strive to make further improvements within the provision of quality services to clients, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience when dealing with the Datacare Customer Services Team. John Kelly, Datacare's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "I am delighted John and Paul are joining our team. John is a seasoned, high-calibre client services manager with proven performance building teams and services and delivering global delivery projects.
