ID Support Services Holdings Ltd (IDSS) provides added value support services; offering tailored to national blue chip and multi-site companies across the UK and Eire. • ID Technology Group - specialises in the provision of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Electronic Article Surveillance; offering design, installation service and maintenance. ID has extensive knowledge and expertise addressing the security needs in the retail, commercial, industrial and public sectors.
• ID Intact - is a national alarms solutions provider that specialises in the design and installation of tailored integrated intruder, fire & alarm security solutions and project management as well as complete alarm monitoring services.
• GK Industrial - is a specialist installation and maintenance provider of environment managed solutions, managing climate control and energy efficiency HVAC solutions to the retail, commercial, industrial and public sectors. The company's portfolio covers the entire spectrum of intalling complete air conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and electrical engineering, to providing service maintenance contracts for both GK installed and client adopted systems. It also emcompasses a Scottish subsidiary trading as GK Scotia which provides similar services.

Penta Capital has acquired a substantial state in IDSS for an undisclosed sum to allow Aberdeen Asset Managers Growth Capital to substantially exit the business. IDSS Management, led by Brian Dunn and Chief Executive David Metcalf, and Penta plan further investment to fund future growth and acquisitions to secure the position of IDSS as a leading national service provider to blue chip, multi-site customers in the retail, public, leisure and commercial sectors.
