GCM/CM also offers users task-driven critical date management, flexible charting tools, document production and e-filing. Datacare's international clients include Ford, Coca Cola, Merrill Lynch, United Technologies, RBC Financial Group and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Penta invested in Datacare in November 2000 to provide funding for the market launch of GCM and the development of Datacare's wider product suite.
