Work Communications ('Work') is a leading recruitment advertising and communications company.
Work offers consultancy and implementation services encompassing external/internal recruitment strategy and programmes, and general recruitment communications. The company has grown rapidly since inception in 2001, attracting and retaining a high quality international client base.
The senior management team comprises experienced industry figures Simon Howard, Steve Halford and Michael Warren.
Penta invested in January 2003 to support the acquisition of Park Human Resources, a major UK competitor, from SHL Group plc. Work listed on the Aim market in March 2006. Penta realised 2.5x money and retains a 10% stake.
