Penta seeks development capital, MBO or MBI investment opportunities in later stage mid-market UK and Irish based private companies – companies with an enterprise value of up to £75 million.
We will invest between £5m and £25m in any one business but can arrange larger commitments on a syndicated or co-lead basis. We target our research on sectors in which we believe there will be significant growth. We seek to work with management teams that are highly ambitious and capable of building valuable businesses.
