Omniport Holdings Limited is a UK-based airport investment and management company specializing in the operation and development of regional airports.Omniport is the majority owner (80.1%) of Norwich International Airport in the UK, and the 100% owner of Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands. The Company is committed to a programme of continued investment at its airports in order to provide excellent facilities, sufficient capacity and high levels of service for both passenger and cargo users.

Penta Capital led a £12m institutional funding round with Caledonia Investments in 2004 to support Omniports acquisition strategy.
